**This entry is dedicated to anyone who has ever self-reflected and realized how regular they are, so much so that they wish they could make up a tragic story involving a terminal illness, just to seem more interesting. Other than national identity, describe a uniqueness you will bring to the campus community that will impact your classmates - both inside and outside the classroom. (500 words)

I think to ask someone what makes them unique, is basically asking someone why they think they are "the shit". I'm unable to pinpoint one specific characteristic that stands out. I feel like this question is trying to put me in a box and that's judgemental. In general, I have a good sense of humor and people tend to enjoy my company. That’s not to say I need others to validate my own self-worth, if that were true I would probably never speak to my mom. Obviously I would never use my national identity to define my uniqueness, I’m not racist.

I hate this question and I don't need a 500 word limit to make my point (I only need 100).
