Making Pasta


Bolognese sauce originates from Bologna and everyone from that region has their own special recipe. There is one general agreement though, and that is Bolognese is a meat sauce, not a tomato-based sauce. In fact authentic Bolognese sauce should have only a minute amount of tomato.

We were split into groups at the cooking school. I got sauce duty and missed the whole portion on how to actually make pasta dough. However I did manage to sneak away and get few turns making different shaped pastas:
