My Bologna has a first name
Bologna is the food capital of Italy so naturally it is my favorite
part of the country. The city is known for having a lot of food shops and book
shops. It is filled with beautiful architecture and fresh food stalls.
Parmigiano-Reggiano and Mortadella are produced in the same region as Bologna.
