This time around I got to make the pasta dough. It was bit
anti-climatic. We were learning how to make fusilli and clearly I did not know
what that meant:
I though fusilli was the spiral shaped pasta but in Agropoli it is a hollow pasta that is shaped by rolling a small piece of dough around a thin metal stick, never pressing but gently shaping the dough. Note, none of the pasta I made above is fusilli.
For lunch we had pasta (of course) and also this beautiful antipasto platter:
